Voicemail Unification The patented GotVoice G2 interaction technology enables unification and digital conversion of voicemail from any existing voicemail system. With the unique ability to aggregate voice messages from disparate voicemail systems within a network and from external voicemail systems across 3rd party networks, GotVoice G2 allows a seamless and economical upgrade to current voice messaging services for voicemail delivery as digital audio files to any output, including Email and Web.
Visual Voicemail GotVoice Visual Voicemail allows service providers to visually display caller identification information, including contact name, phone number, time of call and length of message for any voicemail message on any existing voicemail system. Enabling visual selection and playback of voice messages by caller identification, users can choose which voicemails to listen to, or read (via Voicemail-to-Text) through a visual interface on any WAP-enabled mobile phone, in Email or from a Web portal. Fully-licensed for use by our partners, deployments of the Visual Voicemail feature is standard with the GotVoice G2 Platform.		GotVoice Compose GotVoice Compose powers simple and innovative voice messaging functionality for advanced voice communications. The Broadcast Calling feature lets users send a single message out to an entire group of phone number and email addresses simultaneously. The Silent Delivery feature allows messages to be deposited directly into the voicemail system without ringing the phone. These features are available as web applications and from handsets for individuals, and for large-scale deployments.
GotVoice Message Center The message center serves as a web-based inbox for all of one’s unified voicemails. Voicemails are archived displaying caller identification, with one-click access to the voicemail transcription and digital audio playback. This online voicemail storage and access system allows for customizable caller identification and notes fields. Our archive search functionality allows messages to be sorted and retrieved by name, phone number, or message content. The online message center also allows users to forward messages or reply to them using voice or text.		Custom Voicemail Greetings GotVoice Greetings enable service providers to offer creative and fun customized voicemail greetings for their users. Encompassing both the creation and mixing of personalized voicemail greetings, as well as the automated insertion of a greeting onto any voicemail system, GotVoice Greetings delivers differentiation with fun and ease. Personalize a greeting by adding digital music as a background track. Or simplify the changing of a greeting on any voicemail system via the automated greeting insertion functionality.
