Hi James, this is Rebecca with Queen Vista Terrace Apartments. I’m noticing that we only got your first month’s rent and your $1,600 security deposit. Now, as we discussed it is going to be an additional $1,600 for last month’s rent. We also talked about you taking a parking spot and I didn’t get any money for that either. That’s going to be another $600 if you do want to solidify that spot for the next 6 months. As you know, we charge for water also and the garbage shoot. I know it sounds weird to charge for garbage, but it is another $25 a month to use the garbage shoot. If you could please give us a call back so we know when we’ll get all this money, so we can take this apartment off the market for you. That would be really great. Thank you. Bye bye.
